X-Igent Panic Button is a panic button application that can send emergency information to your closest relatives quickly and precisely. If you are in the city of Bandung, an emergency message will also be forwarded to the Bandung Command Center (cooperation with the Bandung City Government and Telkom Indonesia).

X-Igent provides 2 shipping methods to the closest relatives, via Push Notification (if your relatives have been registered at X-Igent ) and via SMS* (if relatives have not been registered at X-Igent ).

The X-Igent Panic Button feature:

1) Panic Button: Send a message that you are in an emergency and your actual position to the Whitelist (closest relatives) that you have set automatically.

2) Integrated with BCC (Bandung Command Center): If the Panic Button emphasis is in the city of Bandung, in addition to the Whitelist, emergency messages will also be forwarded to the Bandung Command Center to be handled further.

3) Homescreen Widget: Panic Button can be placed on a smartphone homescreen, so you no longer need to open an application to be able to put an emergency button.

4) Lockscreen Widget: Panic Button can be placed on a smartphone lockscreen (Android version 4.1 - 4.4), making it easy to access the panic button without the need to open the smartphone lockscreen.

5) Shortcut Key (Fast button): Can use a shortcut key like Mi Key or Pressy mounted on a 3.5mm audio port (headset port) smartphone (Android 5.0 down), as a Panic Button trigger. By using a shortcut key, Panic Button access will be more instant.

6) Automatic telephone calls (Auto Answer) as a form of verification of events carried out by the Whitelist and Bandung Command Center.

7) Important places: X-Igent is equipped with a list of addresses and contact places that are around you.

8) History Panic button notification is displayed historically.
