" T-Connect " is a smartphone app for subscribers of Toyota's telematics service T-Connect /G-BOOK.

You can check and configure car information, as well as linking it with car navigation on your smartphone.

To use this app, you will need a T-Connect or G-BOOK contract ID.

* Members of the new service plans " T-Connect Standard" and " T-Connect Entry" that have been offering since September 2019 are unable to use this app. We ask that you use the "MyTOYOTA for T-Connect " app, which has been released separately.

*Please use the "TC Smartphone Navi" app, which also supports in-vehicle navigation integration.

*Owners using Lexus cars should use the G-Link app "LEXUS smartG-Link."

■Basic functions

(1) Spot search: You can search for spots and check routes using free words.

(2) Disaster Prevention Services: You can use searches for disaster-related facilities such as evacuation centers, passing road maps that allow you to check traffic results, and "HELPNET," an emergency reporting service to the police and fire departments.

■Optional features (※Sold out in November 2016)

(1) Navigation: A navigation function that supports agent/operator service/vehicle navigation integration. By exploring the route taking T-probe traffic information into consideration, you will be guided to your destination on a comfortable route. It can also be linked with on-board navigation systems, including G Memory/My route, destination history, and last mile.

(2) Agent: You can set your destination through voice natural dialogue, check the news and weather.

(3) Operator Service: You can contact a professional operator, search for destinations on your behalf and set your destination on your navigation.

■ T-Connect /G-BOOK integration function

Customers who are using T-Connect /G-BOOK in-vehicle navigation systems and are subscribing to telematics services can use the link function (※).

*The functions available vary depending on the vehicle model. You must log in with the ID/password issued at the time of contract.

(1)My Car Log/My Car Information: You can check various information about your car, such as fuel efficiency and mileage.

(2)My Car Security: You can set your car's security notifications, remote checking the door/trunk open and lock status, and remote operation such as door locking and hazard lights off.

(3) Car finder: You can display the car's parking location and check the location by turning on the hazard light. *To use the service, you must set up the usage settings using the car navigation system.

(4) Customize your car: You can change settings to some of your car's customization items, such as the sensor sensitivity of the Conlight (Auto Light).

(5)eCare: You can check maintenance information such as battery deterioration and insufficient engine oil level.
