Regardless of whether as a guard control system for security services, as an office proof of cleaning or caretaker services, as a navigation app for collecting trips from logistics - PATROL is the innovative solution.

Tours ( PATROL S) with various objects such as customers/buildings/rooms (sites) can be created with intuitive swype gestures. In the sites, all scenarios to be monitored or to be logged can be equipped with a unique and non-copied NFC day.

After creating the PATROL S, these are systematically processed by the users in definable periods. The order can always be adjusted. A simple coloring symbolizes whether all NFC tags and all sites have been successfully scanned and marks them with an indefinitely timed stamp and geo-coordinates.

Important additional functions can be activated via simple swype gestures:

-Incidental reports (incident reports) document irregularities such as damage, contamination, thefts, etc. and sends these with photos and report directly to the online control panel

- Navigation: immediately shows the shortest way to the next checkpoint (NFC tag or site).

- Service instructions (instructions): Send binding service instructions directly from the online control panel to selected users and have them confirmed.

- Manual scans: If your NFC tags are defective or stolen, users can arrange a manual scan. This is marked separately in the evaluations for your customers.

- SOS: In an emergency, notify the control center that you need support.

PATROL was developed by service companies from practice for practice. BYOD makes this solution incredibly affordable. Anyone, with an Android device with NFC function, can use this app. All commercially available NFC tags (available from € 0.19) can also be used.
