Track stopwatch for runners and coaches with saved lap splits and target splits

Stopwatch application for track and field. Great application for track coaches, athletes and parents. Save and retrieve runner splits to a local database so they can be viewed at a later time. Application can also save a list of runners to be linked with the saved times. Saved data is time stamped and coupled with runner name for easy retrieval.

Runners and coaches can also compute target lap splits based on a target time. Target splits and recorded splits appear side-by-side during stopwatch use so it is easy to see how actual times measure up with the target splits.

Saved data is persistent from one version to another as long as the application is not uninstalled.

Changed TIMED SPLIT list to align with TARGET SPLITS.
Fixed screen orientation (would not auto-rotate on some devices).
