You can finish filing a new workout while drinking your post-workout protein shake. Have a weightlifting workouts notebook in your pocket!

How does it work?

1. Add your first weightlifting workout

2. When adding next time, select to copy exercises from already made workout or start empty.

3. Input weight & reps and click 'COMPLETE SET'
