Marble Solitaire puzzle with powerful solver

This is the challenging board game of Marble Solitaire also known as Solitaire, Peg solitaire, Solo Nono or Brainvita. Pegs or marbles are moved to an empty hole after jumping over another peg in a straight line. The peg jumped over is removed and this way after each move, the number of pegs are reduced by one.

The goal of the game is to get to the minimum number of pegs as possible, such that ultimately only 1 peg or marble is left. For each move this game highlights the hole and peg in green, if a peg cannot be moved it is highlighted with a red dot

Apart from playing the standard game, this app allows you to set your own custom board to solve. Back and Forward buttons allow you go back any number of moves and the top ten high scores are also recorded.

What makes this specific game so unique is its powerful peg solitaire solver. The solver uses a propriety mathematics-based algorithm to solve any given arrangement of the board. The solver will come up with all the moves that are required to come to the minimum possible number of pegs.

If you run the solver from the beginning on a new board it will show you all the moves that will lead to one peg.

Depending on the board arrangement the solver can take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes to find a solution. Since this can lower you battery power it is recommended that the phone be plugged in to a charging station while the solver is running. The FREE version of this game will find a solution that leads to a minimum of 3 PEGS ONLY. The paid version can find a solution with 1 peg.
