A running game as you have never played before! Fruit Runner Heroes is a fun runner skill game where controlling speed is the biggest challenge! Play with fruit and vegetable varieties and assigns them crazy personalities. Lacking absolutely nothing in creativity, the game-play is based around fruity characters brimming with life and players can expect to get better acquainted with apple, strawberry and orange characters, among others.

Game Play Objective

Fruit Runner Heroes gets as insane as is suggested by the bulging eyes of the main characters, with the wellbeing of these fruity characters essentially making up the game’s objective. As a player, you basically have to keep an eye on your fruity friends whose personality-types border very closely on insanity, and it doesn’t take much to tip them over the edge. Almost immediately after the mission kicks off your fruity friends very easily lose control of their speed, which is where the challenge comes into play. Once your fruity friends lose their bearings, you have to leap to their aid and try to get them back in line, but this will seriously test your skills as a gamer.

Your fruity friends can only be rescued by your successful efforts to slow the game back down and pull the pace back to a manageable level. The only way to do that is through the collection of a range of designated special objects, designed specifically to help you achieve your objective with varied degrees of impact. The clear objective is easier said than done however with the saga posing an endless blitz of challenges just waiting to crush you at every corner of the obstacle course. The bulk of the game’s thrill resides in your relentless attempt to dodge a constant bombardment of tricky obstacles, some of which are clearly-identifiable villains. The villains’ mean-looking eyes tend to give them away, but not all enemies who need to be avoided are that conspicuous. Part of the fun is finding out as you go along what to avoid and what is helpful to your quest of trying to bring your fruity friends back under full control.

Controls

As challenging as Fruit Runner Heroes is, it is also highly addictive. In-game controls include regular up (jump or hop), forwards and backwards motions characteristic of any 2-D interface game, but things get really interesting with the incorporation of reaction-based controls like having to slide while adjusting to the fast-changing pace of the game play.

Semantics

Fruit Runner Heroes semantics is very smooth and well-built to seamlessly take advantage of Android’s intuitive architecture, with the only challenge to the ‘playability’ of the game intentionally being that of its objective. Android gaming enthusiasts can expect to be addicted as soon as they launch Fruit Runner Heroes.
