RULES ARE VERY SIMPLE

- Only one hoop can be moved at a time.
- A hoop ring can be moved only on the top of a hoop ring with the same color.
- One tower can accommodate only 4 hoop rings.

- Once all the towers are stacked with individual-colored hoops, puzzle is solved.
